Today's the big day.

As I've described before in a previous entry. Today's is the big contract ceremony and economic convention we are hosting for government delegation and small businesses in GTA between Wuhan and Markham.

Everything detail finally came through this week, and we are hoping for a good result.

Probably the best thing is the designs for the business park we are building in Wuhan to facilitate and help Canadian businesses setting up shop in Wuhan made it in time for the presentation.
It be pointless if the specs are there at the signing ceremony.

Full day schedule today so I hope I won't be too exhausted by the end of the day.

and yes, I woke up at 6 today and about to leave for the office. Had to get my best suit out because I'm going to be meeting the mayor of Markham, economical development minister of Ontario at Queen's park, and Wuhan city mayor today. Cannot afford to present bad image.

yes, I remembered to shave.

Very good weekend.

Even due to the busy work week, and the endless shafting by U of T's system of "Every course mid-term at once", the weekend was great.

It is my brother's 20th birthday today, but the celebration lasted the weekend.

Right now, I'm still sitting in the Robart's library "13th" floor (W-Z) section. My usual hangout.
What am I doing?

Studying! For the past 5 hours!!
And researching materials for the essay later on next month.

It's great to have a laptop around when you spend these numerous hours in the library.

Afterwards, I probably grab a sushi tray from one of the local resturants and head up to my brother's apartment. Mom gave him a cake this morning (hmmm, Green Tea Cheesecake. Oh yeah.)

My present to him this year?
I was going to get him a Gamecube since his girlfriend likes them Mario Party, Mario Kart games. But we talked it over, and he wants me to pay for half of it during Christmas when the price drops.
HA! He likes to dream.... there's no chance I'm giving him 'half' a present. Still, it's only 2 months wait, so we left that at there.

Instead, I got him all 3 sets of Munchkin. Classic Munchkin, Unnatural Axe, and Clerical Error.
So, we probably get a crack at that later tonight.

The thing is... if we both drink, we be roaming bars tonight... but we don't.
So, if I'm around late enough, we probably go to O'Grady's for Monday night wings and WWE RAW on the big screen.

Aaaaaaaah.
Today was amazing.

Society today has altered the pace of our routine lives that even when there is no work (job, studies, etc), you are still under pressure to do stressful tasks.
For example, obligation to family, responsibilities and etc. In short, you don't get to do what you want, when you want, and how you want.

Today was the exact opposite.
Today was truly relaxing.

Woke up, mom was still asleep, and dad's gone to golf with his buddies.
Cooked my own lunch, cooked it MY way, how I WANTED it. It's hard to imagine that such a simple thing is so hard to achieve when you're living with your parents.

Went outside and did some gardening. Beautiful day today!
Started to repair the backyard deck. Touching up on the weather proof paint, broken pieces, etc.
Then called up my brother and talked about the family trip to P.E.I.

See... most people would love to go on vacations. Vacations are relaxing... unfortunately... that is not how it is like at my house.
Vacations are stressful, vacation takes effort... STRESSFUL efforts because your father is constantly coming down on you about the trip. Yeah, we've been charged with the duty to plan our family trips for the past decade. It used to be JUST me doing the planning, and now my bro shares the work too.
See, my father has this weird way to towards us. I guess it's a good way, since we do learn much.
The idea is, "DO the shit yourself, b/c no one's going there to help you."

So yeah... our family never take TOURS.
It's like that deal a couple of years ago when I went to Japan by myself. At first my mom thought my dad is getting me to join a tour. But nope! I had to plan the trip by myself, with guidelines from my father requiring me to travel to at least 4 cities between Osaka and Tokyo.
But that was fun. Because I ended up going to places not even my dad thought I would go. Hakone is more of a resort up in the mountains for Japanese people, and not really for the oversea 'tourists'. I went there anyways. Got off J.R. Train "Haruka", popped on a local bus and went up to Hakone (1 hour bus ride up).
Within the 3 days at Hakone, I even popped myself over to Mt. Fuji which was 3 hours bus ride away. I was 200m away from the summit until I had to turn back... cos the last bus was going to leave, and I would've froze my ass on the mountain since I had no reservations at any of the huts on the mountain.

Anyways, that was a alot of off-topic crap.

Afterwards took a nap in the afternoon, woke up around 7pm.
Cooked my dinner, and began to work on some decks for tomorrow.

Around 10, walked around outside (once again, great weather tonight).
Tuned up the sprinklers in the front lawn, and then went back inside.

B/c of the afternoon nap, I am still awake now.
Did alot of downloading, and reading till now.

So, today was great.
Nothing major had to happen, but just the availability to enjoy freedom. Freedom of what I want to do, and not what I'm expected to do.
I enjoy doing things when I want to, and how I want. Not have someone tell me to do whatever RIGHT NOW, b/c they said so.
It's not b/c I'm lazy, it's b/c I like to do things at my own pace.

So, it was all good today.
Hope for more of these days.

Wooooo! Maaya Sakamoto!!

Oh yeah!
They've finally released the information regarding the voice talents for the upcoming Gundam SEED Destiny.
The surviving cast from Gundam SEED will be the same.

Lunarmaria Hawke's voice actress will be Maaya Sakamoto!!!
Yes!! That would mean that she will eventually be doing one of the OP songs or the ENDing songs. Unfortunately... not the first ones though.

T.M. Revolution's "Ignited" was featured in the promo video "Zero Attack" with the OP video, so that's pretty much set in stone. I like this new song, it's much better than the one used in Gundam SEED Astray R MSV.
According to Tim, Nami Tamaki will be doing the first ending song, although I haven't heard it yet.

I think Maaya Sakamoto's song will probably be the 3rd opening or ending song. Since she's already scheduled to do a song for "Aim for the Top: Gunbuster 2". She's doing the voice for the main character in that OVA. So, I would guess that whichever song that would be will be featured in the same singles that will contain the song she will do for Gundam SEED Destiny.

Here's another interesting thing... with all indications... Lunarmaria Hawke will probably be some messed up female character (remember Fllay Alster?), or lack of a better term, "bitch". The signs seem to be pointing to something between her and Athrun in the Destiny.
If that's the case, then we might get to the completely new style of voice talent Maaya Sakamoto is offering. So, this should be interesting.

Houko Kuwashima did a pretty good job with Fllay in Gundam SEED, and it really offered something very nice from her usual works. I still remember her debut role as the bubbly captain from Nadesico. Quite a change since then. Now she mainly does the deeper voices for tougher female characters like Sango, and Natarle.

STILL no clue as to who is the pilot for the Savoir Gundam. Well, nothing confirmed yet... but it's probably going to be Ray Za Burrel.

Can't wait for Destiny to be released now that I know Maaya Sakamoto is doing a voice in it.
Also, can't wait till October when the PS2 game, "Gundam SEED Destiny: Never Ending Tomorrow" is released too!

There are LOTS of new units from SEED MSV featured in that game. Along with the characters. I need my Astray Blue Frame S L-Type!! Big Bitchin' sword!
I can predict me and Tim logging heavy hours for that game.

Anyways, off to watch Full Metal Alchemist 45.
no, the sub is not out yet.

Summerslam Canadian Qualifiers were over earlier tonight.
I got to read some guy posting on the TOC messageboard about how he ran up against the Encubed Brothers of Doom with their "Hell in A Cell".

Sounds like Dani and even Ramy did very well, and I hope to find out what Dani won from the tournament.

No clue to what happened to Jon Lee though... I hope he did his fair share of smoking asses at the tournament.

I wish I could've gone, but work, work work! and studying... so it's a bitch.
If only the qualifier was next week, then i would've been there too.

Anyways.
Normal day, not much happened.

New Anime: Elfen Lied

Oh yeah. Finally! A group has started to sub Elfen Lied!! Been waiting so long for it. I hope they finish all 13 episodes, b/c this series is amazing! The story is great, the animation is great, and it's not one of your standard anime series. It's something completely different!

Basically, the first episode.
In the first 10 mins was just nothing but bodies getting ripped apart, blood flying everywhere, bodies PARTS flying everywhere. And it was just freaky the way how it was done.
It was so disturbing that the fansubbers gave page long warnings like this about how if you are weak at heart, disturbed by graphic horror images, and etc. DON'T watch this.

So... who's doing the killing?

Well, by now you must already know, if you've seen the trailers, and the episodes previews.
That really REALLY cute pink haired girl?
She's doing it, when she turns from extremely cute, to extremely freaky.

Here's why...
The story....

The diclonius (two-horned human) was a mutant created by humans. It had horns, and had special ability that could be described as sixth sense (telekinesis). The mutant's had enough power to exterminate the whole human race. Afraid of their power, they were isolated into the national research facilities to be studied.

However, by an accident, a female diclonius broke out of her confinement, killed the guards, and escaped from the laboratory (and wiped out 30 other people in most brutal of deaths too.). On her way to escape, she fell into the ocean and drifted to the city of Kamakura. There, she met Kota and Yuka. They named her “Nyu”, and began to live with her.

It's a REALLY good one. It's become my wallpaper already, and will for a long time to come.

Right now, I'm just sitting here from my lack of sleep in the past 2 days... I think I only got 6 hours in the past 2 days. It's brutal.
For some odd reason... I can't sleep right now... Hmmm.....
Probably going to steam myself in the sauna, that usually makes me very sleepy afterwards.

I hope I get the same dream I did last night... even though it was for 3 hours, seemed like more than that. Ruri Ruri.

While I sit before my computer, there are 2 things I'm somewhat not happy about right now.
- Won't get my fix of paper-card drugs until September. I can't believe Vengeance is delayed till September... Oh well. More time to build up my already massing funds for this set.
- Can't decide on who to go as, if I do head to Ontario Place for Canadian Qualifiers this weekend. Undertaker? or Victoria. Right now, I think my Victoria is more solid as deck since I purposely toned down my Undertaker against the guys during fun games. But I can always fix it up.

Well, Princess Diaries came out today. Heard good stuff about it so far, as expected. Got to see it as soon as I get to.

Mid-day today... just ate lunch which I purchased from those kitchen on wheels along St. George Stree @ downtown campus.
UTM got to have those things, but the chance of that happening is equal to Mike Chindamo dressing up in his dad's cadet Highlander uniform, going into KFC, shouting in Fat Bastard's dialect, "WHERE are me chicken Titties!? ooooh, would you like my Titties? *starts feeling his own nipples*"

Waiting for my 6pm class right now.
Just bored.

MSN-net is being a bitch again... so no luck on that front for entertainment.

Looking forward to Summerslam festivities this weekend... if I get my work done on Friday. At work, we are closing the deal on a sale right now, need to look over all the contracts, documents, filing, plans, and those kinds of boring things...

I wouldn't mind going to the Raw Deal tournament with Captain Hook, and our new regional Raw Deal Manager @ Untouchables (Manager D. Shehab). But as far as it goes right now... I am not going.
But plans might change on Friday night.

If I do go, it's a coin flip between Brothers of Destruction and Victoria as my decks.
See, if Vengeance is legal on Saturday... I go with Highlight of The Night.

My plans if I go, will be same as the Captain's. I go, I get my Origins promos, my booster pack, get smoked in the first round, then go around trading cards.
Though I'm tempted to dress the Captain up in a skimpy cheerleader outfit (in PINK) so we can cheer our Mississauga Raw Deal Star (Manager D. Shehab) in the finals.

"Go Eddie Go!" (OR) "Go Tazz Go!" Depending on which deck he's using.

Probably line up for autographs, see Fozzy, and doing some display of public nudity.

Princess Diaries 2 and AVP are out for this week. but the weekend after, will be a definate for both.

About to go to sleep now.

Just watched Full Metal Alchemist 44. Very nice. Explained alot... ALOT! It practically tells you who's behind the evil plot, who's actually controlling all the homonculus.
It also explains the one thing I am not too sure about in the 4th Opening.
See, in the 4th opening, there was this very quick scene of Lylra with this really weird look. Never knew what that was about, but kind of guessed that she is just pursuing her twisted ways of Alchemy. B/c don't forget, it was Lylra who weakened Greed in one of the earlier episodes... she knew something that she isn't suppose to know. So, you thought she killed her mentor Dante, and went on her evil ways.
Oh yeah... was I ever SO wrong. The twist was really nice! REALLY NICE! It was probably the biggest shock in this series thus far. Why? B/c you just SIMPLY didn't see it coming! and yet when they revealed it, you can go back and check all the previous episodes... and it ALL makes sense! It's just that they gave you the hints in really low-profile ways, small bits at a time and over a span of a LONG time. But they gave it all over the place. It's just great.

If you re-watch episode 32-34, there were so many clues in there, it's not even funny! They were of course just one of two lines at best, but it really shows there's something going on there!
But at that time, our focus was pointed towards Greed and his gang, we just didn't see it!!
I just rewatched 33, and towards the end of that episode, it made so much sense! You thought it was just normal conversation, but in fact [xxxxx] was pumping the Elric Brothers for information about a certain someone.

So, things I can look forward to next week?

1 test.
2 movies.
and Summerslam.

Just saw some clips from the movies:
- Princess Diaries 2
- Alien VS Predator

Princess Diaries seems to still hold the same comedy, so shouldn't be bad at all. Looking forward to seeing it.

AVP. As suspected. Purely for the factor of Aliens ass-raping Predators or vise versa. The details they've added in to improve the Alien franchise seem very good indeed.
But as Pagan says, the story will be lacking.

Chances are there will be several groups doing AVP.
But are there any groups doing Princess Diaries 2?
I don't mind watching either alone, and chances are, my dad would drag me to watch AVP, since he's a big fan of Predators.
But, it's always nice to do things in a group.

Today was uneventful...
Went to work at the sales office, when home, did gardening work, and chores.
Then went to study.
Watched S.W.A.T. on TMN/on/Demand.

Movies I'm looking forward to watching next week:

- Princess Diaries 2. Yeah, for some odd reason... I actually wouldn't mind watching this one. Saw the first one when a younger cousin when it came out (baby-sitting thing), and I am kind of interested in watching the second one. Regardless if it's going to be worst. I like Anne Hathaway... somewhat. Kind of cute.

- Alien VS Predator. Ok, as most expected... this is a no substance movie. No story, no character development, and most probably, the story doesn't make sense. So, why do I want to watch it?
Go to Yahoo.Movies, and check out their clip of an Alien getting its ass handed by a Predator... then you know why.
The Aliens has always been presented as superior, and dealt with by long range firearms... but never close range melee mayhem. That's something I like to see. Watching an Alien get smashed through walls, and stuff.
So, yeah. I am going to watch it for the crazy ass fights. Should be entertaining.

Probably watch Princess Diaries 2 @ downtown after my test on Wednesday night. Catch the late show.
Then on Friday, I will watch AVP the first show in the afternoon, to catch the matinee price @ the SilverCity near my house.

Something to look forward to other than... work and work... and more work.

Woah, can't believe that it's 6am in the morning right now...

Got really carried away with Command MIssion tonight. Studied till 3am, and then wanted to play just a little bit then head to sleep...

but whooops.

But it was all worth it.

Jubei! I got it!! Ultimate-X!!
Damn, those Flower Cheerleaders of Doom were just plain nasty.
They always recover full LE in one turn, so unless you can kill them in one turn, you can't beat them. ALL 3 of them.

Took out the leading one in the middle, b/c that one can deal instant death to all my party members.
But, man, when I took it out, it was probably the wildest combo I've done yet.
[Note: X's normal buster shot only does 1200 on average on the leader flower]

This is how I did it.
- Hyper-Mode Cinnamon with the 5X claws. (each doing 1200 approx)
- Hyper-Mode Black-Zero using Zero-arts. (yeah, the one where you have to manual mash the 3 basic street-fighter commands in. I was mashing like there was no tomorrow... with 15 chains in the time limit. Usually I only do 10. this did about 35000 damage.)
- Hyper-mode X-Fire with 100% charge Nova Strike (this did 57000 approx)
- Then I was lucky to break the Final Strike bar and pulled a 106 hit final strike on her ass. Appearently, when you are in Hypermode, you do much more hits. There was so much explosion I couldn't read what the damage was... but it was alot more than X's Nova Strike. (this also involves heavy button mashing on 3 buttons)

By this time, my hands were just shaking due to the button mashing. had to put the pad down for a while and paused the game until I could bring myself to kill off the other 2. Keep in mind, this was 5:30 something am in the morning.
The other 2 weren't as nasty, and their attacks aren't as deadly, so it was ok. But they still heal MAX every turn. Good thing they have less HP.

Good thing.
I got Ultimate X Armor.

And I just checked my scouts-reploids I sent to Diana-Base. They brought back the Diana-Key! I need this key to get into the locked area that holds the Absolute-Zero armor.

Oooooh yeah.

Appearently, there are also something nasty gurading it as well. But I heard that it shouldn't be as hard IF you've already obtained Ultimate X-Armor.

I'm going to sleep now... and hopefully be able to wake up at 10:30. Saturdays are the family Dim-Sum lunch. My dad will be most upset if I don't wake up. It's one of them things in this family we are expected b/c it seem to be some sort of habit since back to my grandparent's days...

You know... Asian people family thing.

That and my parents just got back from their month and a half vacation, and they expect me to be at home... to serve what purpose.. I have no idea... yet.

ROCKMAN X FEVER!

Damn, I'm so tired right now!
Yet so happy!

I've been enjoying Rockman X: Command Mission every night since I got it on Saturday. Since I only play after all my work/study are done, I don't play until late at night.
Once you pick it up... you can't put it down... and this explains why I'm still awake 4am in the morning.

I'm suffering from lack of sleep... badly!
but it's all worth it!

That game is so amazing! It's definately a keeper for any Rockman-series fans.
.... I just realized something.

For those who don't know. Rockman = Megaman.
I play the Jap versions all the time, and started with the Jap versions, so I call it the way they do in Japan. Rockamn.
Megaman is the U.S. name.

Zero re-joined my party!!
There's so much crap you can do with this game to make your characters do deadly attacks!

Basically, this is my zero right now.

Weapon: Samurai Sword 0 (think that giant ass sword from Tenjou Tenge that Aya and Shin uses.)
Sub Weapon 1: Split Image
Sub Weapon 2: Split Image

Zero naturally attacks twice, and when he split image, he can do 2 additional. So, if he does it twice? SIX nasty slices up your ass!

Plus, I got Force-Metals equiped to boost his strength up by 6 points. DAMN! He's good!
It's even worst when I do the AT-Attacks with him, ZERO-STYLE arts!
His Black-Zero hyper mode boost the 6X attacks by at least 40% damage, it's nasty.

- Tomorrow, I am going to the secret shop to buy the Z-Rapier they have for Zero. And also Cinnamon's Cat Gloves. I have enough money for them now... though it took a while to save up.

Axl is not bad too now.
I realized that you just have to use him right.
He can hit 4X now with this new weapon I gave him.
and I equiped a power-charger on him to boost his attack value by 50% each attack.
Oh yeah! Trigger happy time!
His final weapon, Ancient Gun is suppose to do 8X attack.

The cut-scenes with Zero are so amazing! This is probably as close to a X-anime as we will get so far. It's great!

Oh yeah, if you want "Jounetsu Setsuna", I have the full version now.

Hmmmmm, just drove by Maxium Cafe near my house on the way back from Home Depot.
Felt like getting a cake, so I went in.

Never tried that White and Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake before. It's a beautiful cake just looking at it.
Even better when you bite into it.

It's so good!

Who's having a party or a birthday coming up?
I'm definately bring this cake in for people to try. Good stuff like this needs to be shared.

Can't get any better than this!

Just got paid for my Friday-Weekend job for the last month and a half.
It was a large sum. ^o^

Not only that, I just had my second Chinese New Year.
Well... not the actual festivities, but the cash component of it.
See, when my parents came back from Hong Kong, they brought with them all the 'lucky money' our relatives gave to me and me bro. They gave it to our grandmother for keeping and eventually give it to us.
Well, now we got it... in a large sum. high triple digits.
I love having lot'o relatives, and thanks my grandma holding it for us.

Like always, the money is going into savings and investments in my accounts.
But it's nice food for my mental satisfaction.

I don't usually have shopping sprees or other forms of material shopping.
For those who know me well, you people know I spend most of my money on food outside of the house. Always enjoy something new at resturants.
So, yeah, don't be surprised if I'm offering to treat to you meals, or bringing sushi trays or pizza to gatherings. Just accept it, b/c that's what my funds are mainly used for.

Still, it was pretty funny the last time I showed up to Tim Smith's house with a sushi party tray. His sister thought I was a delivery guy. It was weird.

Hmmmm, I think I will go to Maxium (this really classy resturant near my house) to buy a White/Dark chocolate mousse cake for me family as dessert tonight.
The cakes from that place is good stuff.

Great day so far.
The weather is amazing, parents are back at home, I'm done my studies for today.

Going to head down to the basement soon to play RockmanX: Command Mission again. The game is amazing. Can't stop playing it.

B/c Saturday Night - Sunday Morning before 5:00am, you are able to see the 2nd Full Moon of the month; Blue Moon.

Term: Blue Moon
A "Blue Moon" is basically the name used for the 2nd Full Moon in a month. There's usually one full moon per month, but sometimes there are 2 occurances. The last time we saw a Blue Moon was last November. So, yeah. It is rare.

Thus the saying, "Once in a Blue Moon."

To many astro-believers it is the same as a wishing upon a shooting star. So, yeah, if you still aren't asleep yet, go out there, stand under the "Blue Moon" and make a wish!
You never know, it might come true.

Just came back out from the basement playing Rockman X: Command Mission.
This game is ****** AMAZING!!
I can't get the opening song out of my head. Hopefully I can get my hands on the singles on August 5th.

hey hey, what can i say?

As an RPG, this game is not exactly the best in the world.
but as a Rockman game, this game is amazing!

The battles are fun.

Everyone has an overdrive limiter you can remove, and they go into overdrive mode. The modes for X and Zero are basically the special forms you can get for them in X5, X6.

Black Zero, and Giga Armor X.

Their action attacks are pretty sweet too.

I love the OP song.

Oooooh yeah! Finally! the Triple-week of Hell is over!
All the remains of the 3 courses is the exam at August. My dad is back this weekend, so don't got as much work at Peak Garden anymore.

I have been getting very little sleep recently, I am probably the most dangerous bastard on the road with a car these days!

Finally sometime to relax!

So much I want to do... so much to look forward to!

- Vacation (Vancouver, Vagas, or... P.E.I?)
- Rockman X: Mission Command in just TWO DAYS.
- Gardening
- Raw Dealing'
- Eating Rampage (oh yeah. There are just too many resturants out there!) This weekend! Kokuda: All you can eat Japanese Grill Bar. Yaki-F***-TORI!!! Then it's going to Hot Pot @ Times Square, can't believe this place is so packed even in the summer. Either that, I'm heading to Hot Pot King... even though it's not as good.
- Physical Endurance Training. Now that I don't have to worry about getting ill, I can continue with my weird physical training in the basement gym. Time for 30 min saunas again.
- Housework. Oh yeah, I got no excuse to put these off anymore. Gotta do what I gotta do.
- Roam all over GTA. I got a car, unlimited gas, WHERE can't I GO!? Muhahahaha! So yeah people... if you find someone sneaking around your backyard or front lawn at night... don't worry. It's probably me. I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE! Be afraid, be VERY afraid.

There are also several conventions going down in the next 2 weeks. I think I will go to lakeshore and check it out.
Ah hell, I will just to go central island. It's amazing this time of the year to go there.

I've been so busy recently with work and studies... I've hardly even left the house. in fact... I don't think I've left the house since going home on Friday night and dropping straight to bed at 9pm. During my resting hours, I've been re-watching Evangelion again. Just finished the two really messed up 25-26 episodes. I think next week, I will start playing either "Evengelion2" or "Asuka Complementation Project" on the PS2. That is... if I have time.

Then I probably go and play the other half of the game which was one of Gainax recently most popular games ported from the PC since Iron Maiden 2. "Ayanami Rei Growth Project."

Can't wait till my dad comes back so I don't have to do as much filling in for him at work. Although it has been great experiences so far to get some hands on work.

Life will probably start to die down soon in the first week of August, then busy for the second week, and then I can finally enjoy a good 2 weeks of relaxation.

I'm thinking about taking a train to PEI and visit my brother there who's on a Bio-tech research opporunity. Either that or I'm actually thinking about taking a plane down to Vagas and just have a blast down there with all the amusement hotels. Seriously, Vagas is not just for the gambling purposes anymore. Anyone who's been down there in recent years will agree with me. Each hotel is practically an entertainment complex with malls, amusement parks, shows, and buffet you can't find anywhere with great prices.

I don't have money for cruises... so that will have to do if I want to gain weight. Seriously, going on cruises is a sure way to gain weight. You eat like 5 meals a day there!

Feeling tired now! Need to sleep.

Just watched the double relesae of Full Metal Alchemist summer special.

It's basically airing episodes 41+42 together.
and no, there are no subs yet.
The special just aired yesterday.

I've kind of gotten to the point for a long time now, where watching raw and subs are basically the same for me.

As promised.
The 4th Opening and 4th Ending songs were featured with the episodes.

and I would like to say, they were AMAZING!!
The songs by itself, I like the ending song more.
But arranged with the videos, I like the OP more.

The singles will not be released until September, so you have to wait a little while. but if you know where you to look, you can probably find the full versions ripped off of radio stations at Japan.

oh yeah. Episode 42? IT WAS AMAZING!!
It really sets a great tone for the last 10 episodes of the series. Expect great things.

Ed and Al's father shows up in the new OP. The thing is... him and Edward give me the feeling that they are kind of a copy of the pair of father/son from GA. Rave.

Regular day.

Woke up, studied, went to class, went home, ate, study... that sort of deal.

Highlights:
- Continuing to re-watch Evangelion.
I don't know... re-watching it after so long, has kind of warmed my spirit about this series. Granted, the ending was horrible, and the movie was extremely pointless, the begining of the series wasn't half-bad. Especially with all the games over the years Gainax has squeezed out to offer alternative satisfaction for those who disliked (almost everyone) part of the original.

Games like "Asuka Complementation Project", "Evangelion 2", "Girlfriend of Steel 1 and 2", and the upcoming "Shinji Growth Project", really offered things fans wanted to see more of but didn't get from the original.

Thus, this got me to thinking...
Maybe later on in the summer... I should continue my Evangelion fanfic I started back at 2000, but never finished.
I'm still receiving emails these days from readers who are either just pissed off I've stopped updating for 2 years, or just read it and wanted more of it, and just simply long-time fans of it.

[Japanese Curry + Instant Cup Ramen]

In your face, Christian! I ain't dead yet!
In fact... it wasn't half bad. Kind of like the curry udon that I usually make.

Anyways, after watching Evangelion episode 5 where Misato was showing off her bad and lazy eating habits with instant foods... I decided to try one out.
Curry poured into cup ramen.

So, I grab one of those really large instant cup ramen bowl I bought from T&T (huge place that sells many Japanese import foods), cooked up some curry, and poured it in.

It doesn't taste bad at all. A little weird at first, but not bad.
But it was REALLY hot. Ate too fast, and my tongue is numb now.
I guess it really depends on what soup base it was too with the Cup Ramen.

On a side note:
Just re-visited FFVII: Advent Children website.
Haven't went there in so long.

It seems that during May they've updated the characters section.

She actually looks very much like Aki Ross from FF:SW now. They seemed to have also shrank her unrealistically oversized boobs and gave her a much more mature feature.

Seems like I lived through today.
But for some odd reason... with the lack of sleep, I'm not sleepy at all.

Can't wait till August 1st.
I'm just going to wake up, drive to Times Square, rush my ass into Cyber City and pick up my copy of

ROCKU-MAN X: Command Mission!
(even though this game would be better enjoyed in English... I don't care. I've played and completed all the mainstream Rockman games since it first came out. I ain't going to miss this one.)
Looks very interesting. The new promo video on their offical webpage is too amazing!
The story for X-Century is so freakin dark now. They practically turned X into a psycho loner.
At least there are some more interesting reploid characters in this
Marina, and Cinnamon. Those 2 are... weird... They are almost as weird as Iris was back in X4.

Then I will have probably 3 months to find time and finish the game before Rockman X8 is released in the Fall.

of course, then I will have to see if I am busy with Full Metal Alchemist 2: Demon of the Red Apocalypse, which is released on September 22nd. Damn, the first game was so good in both gameplay and story. I've read the story and gameplay for it already on the official page, this game WILL be dark.
Surprisingly... the story is actually similar to one of the theories Christian and I came up with.

That game Viewtiful Joe Dani was showing us last December at Keith's party will be ported to PS2 from GC on 9/9/04.
And the 2nd game "Viewtiful Joe 2" (duh... what do you think it was going to be called!?) will be released on PS2 and GC at the same time (release date not decided yet). Oh yeah, the girlfriend can transform too now. Weird.

Things has been really weird with my life recently. It's as if I've lost track of time since I'm now alone in the house.

Apart from studying too much these days, my sanity is maintained by the following...

1.) phonecalls with Capt Hook, and Asian Spiderman about Raw Deal.
2.) hang out with old highschool war buddies.
3.) the satisfaction that I'm kicking ass with my 3.0 credits right now.
4.) gardening
5.) downloads
6.) Driving aimlessly throughout the GTA region (I love screwing around with my dad's GPS navi-computer in his car.)
7.) escort services.... (oh yeah! nah. Just kidding. But I got Jubei to believe me, hahaha)
8.) TMN on Demand
9.) HK T.V. Dramas

of course, I don't do them all in one day, b/c most of it is used for CSI, GMAT, and courses.

on Fridays, and weekends, I go up to my dad's office and learn the amazingly deadly trade of land development and real estate. Well... deadly to me anyways... b/c it slowly but surely driving me off the deep end.

- overlooking the contracts
- sales coordination

Some of you guys might have seen the land our company finances jointly with another builder company. One of our main area of development right now is in Mississauga. North of Eglinton.

See, if my schedule wasn't so clogged up by studies, I go back to HSBC and work there, instead of working for grumpy Puuca. Yeah, ever seen that male Pucca doll? My dad looks like that thing... well, his face anyways.

Chances are, no body cares, but here's why I'm still awake.

(roughly)
12:00am - 2:30am Reading course stuff, and lost track of time.
2:30 - next ten or so minutes, took a shower. So can't go to sleep, b/c I feel refreshed now.
3:00 - 4:00 Drove OUT to Scarbourgh and ate. Oh yeah, there are plenty good resturants open this late.
4:00 - 4:20 nearly killed myself on the highway because the fog was so thick, and damn it WAS thick! Can't see 20 meters in front. Drove home slowly.
4:30 - 5:15 Couldn't sleep, so went to play another stage of SRW:MX.

... and now I'm here.
See, I can't go to sleep now, b/c in 2 hours, I have to drive to downtown.
Probably go Hobo-style in Robarts if I do get too sleepy in the day.
Robart's Library has become my second home these days. If you go there on the weekdays, you probably find me curled in a corner in the stacks levels somewhere.

Won't be able to come home until 9:00pm tonight anyways...

Hopefully, Thursday will hold some excitement for me.
Drove UP to Osahawa today to 2 cards stores in hopes of locating a fitting present for Dani's 21st birthday... only to find BOTH stores closed. Sons of bitches close early on Tuesdays!
So, got to make another trip up there on Thursday.
